About MSWS

A homeowners' collective, run like one.

Manorialle Social Welfare Society was formed by homebuyers of Mahagun Manorialle, Noida, after years of delay in possession from the builder. What began as scattered complaints is now a registered society with one purpose: to get every member's flat delivered, and to hold both the builder and ourselves to a standard of transparency members can verify.

We pursue that through three channels working together — organized legal representation, direct engagement with the builder and regulators, and a fully reconciled public account of where every rupee of society funds has gone.

Building a strong community

320 homebuyer families across six towers, coordinated as one voice instead of hundreds of individual complaints.

Strengthening legal action

Pooled legal fees fund sustained representation before RERA and other forums, rather than one-off individual filings.

Ensuring transparency & accountability

Every fee, expense, and suspense entry is published and reconciled against the bank statement — pending independent audit.
