A unified group of homebuyers dedicated to securing the timely possession of our flats from the builder.

Our primary goal is to secure the rightful and timely handover of homes through legal, regulatory, and strategic interventions. We actively engage with relevant authorities, legal experts, and media to bring attention to project delays and push for swift resolutions. We are committed to:

Fill out the contact form below to get in touch with us. Once we receive your query, our team will send you an online form to complete. This form will require basic details, along with the necessary documents as proof of ownership and confirmation of membership fee payment.

The Fee to become member of Manorialle Social Welfare Society is INR 2,500/-

Funds required to cover the costs of hiring legal and financial experts, filing complaints, registration, and other formalities required for official representation. These funds also required to cover expenses for awareness campaigns and media.

The membership fee can be paid via online bank transfer to our official account. We will provide the bank details along with online membership form link.

We would need a valid proof of ownership of flat and a screenshot of membership payment

Relevant pages of builder buyer agreement showing owner(s) names with unit information OR allotment letter OR any payment receipt (hide your payment innformation)

We will take up to 2 days to validate your documents and approve your membership. Since we are all working professionals managing this alongside our regular jobs, there may occasionally be a slight delay. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once you become a member of the welfare association, you will be added to our WhatsApp and email groups. All important updates and information will be shared through these channels. We also hold online meetings via Microsoft Teams.
